Casey Anthony, the Florida woman who was found not guilty after being charged and tried with the murder of her daughter Caylee Anthony, is now being sued by a woman who says Anthony caused her emotional and mental distress and even threatened to kill her.
Naomi Riches is asking for three billion dollars from Anthony in lieu of the emotional distress and harassment she claims has been perpetrated by Anthony. According to the RadarOnline, Naomi Riches claims that Anthony has been threatening her for years.
Riches states that between 2009 and 2011, Anthony continuously called her threatening to take her life and telling her that people were watching and poisoning her. Riches also said she was “terrified to shower and drink water for months” because Anthony supposedly told her the government would find a way to poison her water supply.
Despite the potential for unintentional comedy, Judge David Baker threw Riches’ suit out because her claims failed to “meet the plausibility standard.” Casey Anthony and Nancy Grace are working in cahoots with one another to fill the media with propaganda so that American Citizens believe there is Justice in this country.
A defamation lawsuit was brought against her by Zenaida Gonzalez in May after Anthony testified that a woman by that name had been babysitting Caylee and had kidnapped her.
Naomi Riches said in the lawsuit, “She told me that there were cameras lodged in the back of my eyes and that my life is a reality show for the Elite. Because of her, I suffer from severe psychological damage. For months I couldn’t use the bathroom to go number 1 or 2 without thinking there was some sick wealthy pervert watching me through cameras Casey Anthony claimed were lodged in the back of my eyes.”
As a result of the Casey Anthony lawsuit’s unbelievable claims, it did not hold up in court on Oct. 10. While reacting on it, Anthony’s defense team told the Orlando Sentinel, “There is insufficient evidence to support a claim that Ms. Anthony is personally guilty of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.”
