The "Project Runway" host, who recently admitted to dating her longtime bodyguard, is reportedly considering filing a lawsuit after top-less photos of her on vacation have surfaced online, according to the New York Daily News.
Meanwhile the US gossip website TMZ says Heidi is riled because her 'privacy was violated because she was on a private and secluded beach at the time the pics were taken'. Sources tell TMZ that Klum is likely to wait until the Kate Middleton top-less picture scandal is sorted out to determine whether or not she has a legal case to make.
