Hulk Hogan Sues Heather Clem And Gawker Over Leaked Tape

Hulk Hogan has decided to take illegal action against Heather Clem and gossip website Gawker. The WWE legend, real name Terry Bollea, sued a disc jockey, the DJ's ex-wife and a gossip website Monday after a secks tape involving Hogan and the woman was posted online meanwhile Heather Clem is worried that the video “makes her look like a piece of meat.”

According to the New York Daily News, Bubba Clem’s lawyer said he hadn’t seen the lawsuit as of Monday afternoon but that his client would never do anything to “intentionally hurt” Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea.

The video was posted on the online gossip site Gawker. Hogan is seeking $100 million in damages from the New York-based media company, which declined comment. This is not the first time that this video is making headline in the Web.


It surfaced earlier this year and was reportedly shopped around to at least one studio. There are many Web users who are trying to confirm the partner in the leakeed video of 59-year old wrestler.

According to the sources, Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his best friend, radio DJ Bubba the Love Sponge, is the lady who is doing nasty poses in the clip. Bubba, who legally changed his name by deed poll, is mentioned in the video as Hulk asks his partner if she had slept with him earlier that day.



It has also been said that Hulk receives a call from his son Nick during the bedroom antics, but instead of answering the phone, he responds, "F*** no!" Hulk's lawyers on Friday were in the process of drafting a cease-and-desist letter and threatening to sue for invasion of privacy if the tape weren't taken down, TMZ reported.
