Taylor Swift Rocks In Elie Saab Gown at 2012 ARIA Awards

Country sensation Taylor Swift walked the red carpet at the 2012 ARIA Awards in Ausralia. The 22-year-old singer looked lovely in an ivory sleeveless chiffon gown with banded bodice from the Spring/Summer 2013 Elie Saab Ready to Wear collection, Just Jared reports.

The “Should’ve Said No” singer looked high school stellar in a faux varsity jacket as she belted out her heartbroken hit “I Knew You Were Trouble.”

With the majority of the stars on this red carpet wearing mini dresses with futuristic prints, Taylor looked a tad overdressed, clearly not judging the vibe of this event correctly. The dress featured lace cut-out panels along the sides and back and thin straps that showed off her slender back.

The chiffon skirt fell to the floor and flowed lightly as she walked the red carpet. The latter ceremony took place on 29 November at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, and was telecast on channel Go! at 7:30pm. The final nominees for ARIA Award categories were announced on 3 October as well as nominees and winners for Fine Arts Awards and Artisan Awards.

Taylor Swift Is Best Dressed In Golden Zuhair Murad Dress At 2012 American Music Awards

Taylor Swift made a fashionable arrival at the red carpet at the 2012 American Music Awards on Sunday (November 18). 

The country songbird dazzled in a Zuhair Murad Pre-Fall 2012 long sleeve mini dress at the red carpet. The glamorous stunning dress was featured intricate gold beadwork and a sexy open back.

The 22-year old singer/actress completed her look with Neil Lane jewelry and Jimmy Choo shoes. Justin Bieber, who wore a Dior Homme cardigan, black leather tank and pants by Kemal + Karla, Unif shoes, Loree Rodkin bracelet at the red carpet earlier, won three awards at this year's American Music Awards 2012.

"Never Say Never" singer was announced as the winner of "Artist of the year", "Pop/rock album" and "Pop/rock male artist" beating out stiff competition from Flo Rida, Pitbull and Usher. He also performed with his hit song “As Long As You Love Me”.

Later, Canadian pop star was joined by Nicki Minaj while they performed their new single “Beauty and the Beat.” Bieber dedicated his awards to his mom on the stage while saying, "This is for all the haters who thought that maybe I was just here for one or two years, but I feel like I am going to be here for a very long time."

Nicki Minaj picked up the award for favorite rap/hip hop album of the year, with "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded," over nominees Drake and newcomer rapper J. Cole. 

There were also other high profile celebrities who hit the red carpet of American Music Awards 2012 including Christina Aguilera wearing a Pamela Roland dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, Neil Lane jewelry, and a Judith Leiber bag.

Nicki Minaj, who slipped into a garish neon sleeveless dress, with her blonde hair set in a voluminous, curly style, Carrie Underwood, wearing a Abed Mahfouz dress, Guiseppe Zanotti shoes, Jacob and Co. jewels and Jill Milan bag.

Stacy Keibler was looking stunning and glamorous while wearing a Colette Dinnigan dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, Judith Leiber clutch, and Neil Lane jewels.

Jordin Sparks, who a public display of affection for all the cameras to see as she kissed her boyfriend, Jason Derulo on the mouth, wore a patterned maxi dress which featured a mesh upper half and appropriately placed pieces of material to give her a plunging neckline and conceal her curves.

Meanwhile, Heidi Klum arrived at the 2012 American Music Awards red carpet while wearing a gold Alexander Vauthier dress, Christian Louboutin for Vauthier shoes, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Taylor Swift Crashed Conor Kennedy Wedding In Boston

Taylor Swift’s appearance on October's last week in “Ellen DeGeneres Show” includes a game that left Swift more than a little uncomfortable. While being in the public eye and talking openly about her past relationships makes Swift’s personal life somewhat notable, DeGeneres was relentless, insisting that Swift dated Zac Efron despite multiple denials by Swift.

Taylor Swift’s representative has dismissed rumors the singer crashed a wedding over the weekend by showing up uninvited. She attended the marriage of Kyle Kennedy and Liam Kerr in Boston.

Conor Kennedy and Swift were asked not to come to the wedding Saturday because Taylor’s presence would take attention away from the bride, Kyle’s mother, Victoria Gifford Kennedy, told the Boston Herald. “Conor was invited to the wedding but never RSVP’d.”

The bride’s mother said to the couple to left the reception during dinner, and then returned after the meal where they spent the rest of the night dancing at the reception.

She continued, “I responded with a very clear, ‘Please do not come’. They came anyway. I personally went up to Ms Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave. It was like talking to a ghost. She seemed to look right past me.”

Vicki Kennedy allegedly said that she did not want Swift there so as to not take attention away from her daughter, but the singer, whose appearance caused a commotion upon arrival, did not listen.

The mother of the bride said during interview with newspaper that she said no to the Grammy award-winning star because she didn’t want to distracting form her daughter’s big day. However, Swift and Conor showed up at the hotel and allegedly caused a mild commotion in the lobby with fans asking for pictures and autographs.

“I personally went up to Ms. Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave. It was like talking to a ghost. She seemed to look right past me,” said Victoria Gifford Kennedy.
