Christian LaBella, the 26-year old man has been arrested after "Mean Girl" actress Londsay Lohan tells police she was assaulted inside the W Hotel in New York City early Sunday, she met at Manhattan nightclub 1Oak.
Christian LaBella's Facebook photos have likes of several high profile celebrities including reality star Kim Kardashian, her mother Kris Jenner, and even vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan.
LaBella, nephew of comedian Heather McDonald, allegedly choked Lohan and threw her to the ground after she got upset when she saw he had snapped numerous photos of her on his cell phone.
According to the several media sources, he not only works for Shimkus, but he's met up with some other rather powerful Republicans, including veep candidate Paul Ryan. Lohan's rep Steve Honig said while reacting on 'dropped charges', "It's both distressing and outrageous ... and there should be a consequence for that."
Dina Lohan, mother of LiLo told the New York Daily News, “She’s very shaken up. Thank God he didn’t have a weapon.” NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne told, "Cross complaints for harassment were filed and LaBella's assault arrest was voided after detectives investigated further." Peter Jessop, uncle of LaBella also spoke about the recent allegations.
He told Daily News, “It’s shameful that a celebrity with a personal publicist can persecute a nice guy like Christian. He’s a decent kid who met her at a nightclub and she invited him back to her hotel room with other people. And now she’s using her celebrity to launch a full-scale witch hunt against him just to be relevant again.” Though LaBella was originally charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment, the charge was later dropped.
